Our Sandblasting Methodologies
- Dry Sandblasting: Projects abrasive media using high-flow compressed air. The most common and effective method for heavy structural steel, piping, tanks, and iron structures.
- Wet Sandblasting / Hydro-Blasting: Controlled mixing of water and abrasive. This technique cuts up to 95% of airborne dust, making it perfect for historical centers, urban environments, and confined spaces.
- Micro-Sandblasting & Eco-Blasting: Utilizes very fine abrasives at low pressure (such as sodium bicarbonate or walnut shells) for the conservation and cleaning of wood, premium marble, and historical monuments without damaging the substrate.

Substrate Care: Each material requires a specific abrasive in terms of hardness and grain size. Our engineers carefully select the ideal combination to avoid deformation or damage to your assets.
- Aluminum Oxide (Corundum): Ideal for hard metals, stainless steel, and creating a sharp profile for pre-painting.
- Steel Shot / Grit: Used for heavy cleaning, rust scale removal, and shot peening of structural steel.
- Glass Beads: Perfect for satin-finishing stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals to produce a smooth, matte finish.
- Eco-Friendly Mineral Media: Free of free silica, allowing for safe operations that protect both health and the environment.
